XENFLEET — AI Fleet Intelligence & Secure TCU

XENFLEET is AI fleet intelligence that analyzes causes, not just outcomes: it correlates driving behaviour, vehicle faults, diagnostic evidence and operating conditions to explain why a vehicle over-consumes fuel or fails. It runs on what XENTRON positions as the world's first manufacturer-independent, field-manageable fleet TCU with on-device self-tests and self-diagnostics.

Engineering overview

  • Cause analysis, not just outcomes: classic fleet systems report fuel consumption and position; XENFLEET's AI explains why — correlating faults, driving data and operating conditions.
  • Cause analysis draws on XENTRON's 66,137-parameter vehicle-data catalogue rather than the small generic OBD-II PID set.
  • AI-driven fault correlation links operating history to emerging failures and the intervention that prevents the next one.
  • LTE CAT1 BIS connectivity, quad-constellation GNSS and an integrated Wi-Fi hotspot.
  • CAN, CAN FD, SAE J1939, UDS and DoIP vehicle-network support.
  • Published readable vehicle data is documented at https://www.xentron.com/vehicle-data and the acquisition protocol path at https://www.xentron.com/vehicle-protocols.
  • The XENTRON Ultra Administrator Page loads from the device over local Wi-Fi; local configuration does not require separate service software, a cloud session or a recurring administrator-page license.
  • The device-hosted console exposes SIM and APN state, cellular RF quality, GNSS, Wi-Fi, CAN bus health, server routing, signed OTA updates, self-tests and calibration.
